1. Who we are

This online store at velorashaping.fit is operated by ENQ9 Diensten, trading as VELORA™, Venkel 3, 7891 DZ Klazienaveen, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 90172272, VAT number NL004794132B37 ("VELORA™", "we", "us"). 2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to every visit to our store and to every order placed through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law in the Netherlands or in your country of residence within the EU.

3. Products and information

We describe our products, sizes and colours as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–3 cm. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering; this style runs small.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable VAT.
  • Shipping is free on every order.
  • You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
  • If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we are not bound by it. In that case we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel free of charge.

5. Orders and the contract

The contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, and within 10–25 business days elsewhere (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. Once your order has shipped, you receive an email with tracking details. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will let you know, and you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. More details are in our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days, and returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label. You can choose between a refund and a free replacement. You may try the item on to check the size and fit; please return it clean and unwashed, as shapewear is worn close to the skin. If an item has been used more than is needed to check it, we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value. How to start a return is explained in our return policy. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item back, or after you show us that you have sent it, whichever comes first.

8. Conformity and complaints

Our products must meet the description and the expectations you may reasonably have of them. If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, you have the statutory rights that apply under Dutch and EU law. Please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. We aim to respond to every complaint within 14 days.

9. Discount codes

Discount codes can only be used under the conditions stated with the code, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where the damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Intellectual property

All content in this store, including the VELORA™ name, logo, texts and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may take the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands or in your country of residence.
