Free 30-day returns
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@velorashaping.fit (or use our contact page) with your order number and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
- We reply with the return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Please wait for these instructions before sending anything back, and only use the return address we give you. Do not return items to the address shown as the sender on your parcel.
Refund or replacement
Every return is handled as a refund or a free replacement (for example a different size or colour) — you choose. Replacements are shipped free of charge, subject to availability.
Condition of returned items
You may try your bodysuit on to check the size and fit, the way you would in a shop. Because shapewear is worn close to the skin, we ask you to try it on over underwear and to return it clean, unwashed and without marks, odours or damage.
If an item has been used more than is needed to check it, we may deduct an amount from your refund that reflects the loss in value. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item back, or after you show us that you have sent it, whichever comes first. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to process the refund.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Email us at info@velorashaping.fit as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
If you live in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window extends this right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
